The handle on this cotton-tipped bottle brush is made from sustainable bamboo, and the bristle part has rough, plant-based sisal fiber bristles. This eco-friendly and vegan brush is perfect for getting into coffee mugs, wine glasses, jars and bottles. Most bottle brushes are made with plastic sponge and plastic nylon bristles that are not biodegradable. This brush has no plastic and is compostable (please remove and recycle the wire under the bristles first)!
