Shipping Policy

We ship to anywhere in the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, or any other foreign country at this time.

You may expect delivery of your package(s) within 3 to 7 business days after your place your order.

We endeavor to choose eco-friendly packaging whenever possible. Our shipping boxes, packing materials, and shipping tape are all recyclable and/or compostable. Please discard responsibly.

Cancellation/Refund Policy

We appreciate your support of our company and wish to offer you our best customer service.

Please notify us as soon as possible if you placed an order by mistake or would like to withdraw your order. We will cancel your order if we are notified before 8:00 AM CST the day after the order was placed.

If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) for a full refund within 30 days. The items must be returned in their original condition as received at the delivery. Return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer. Refunds will be returned to the card or account from which the purchase was made.

If any one of your purchases arrives damaged, you might be eligible for a replacement at no cost to you. Please contact us within 7 days and provide details about the damaged shipment.
